Bushwalking is a great way to exercise and stay fit, and you get out in fresh air as well. If you live close to bushland, there are often walking and fire trails you can do short walks on. Many local councils have maps of these trails for you to download.

Some of the things you will need are:

• Sturdy shoes • A small backpack • A map • Smart phone • Water • Snacks • A friend to walk with • First aid kit.

It is a good idea to let someone know where you are going and stay on established trails.

If you are working with two screens:

1) Try to have both screens directly in front of you. 2) Try to use the bigger screen to do most of your work.
